This year’s seventh annual golf invitational in San Diego raised a whopping $500,000 toward charities, topping 2024’s total by $60,000! People in San Diego and beyond—from first-time homeowners and veterans to at-risk families and senior citizens—will benefit from greater housing resources and programs.

Guild Giving raises $50,000 for hurricane relief
Guild team members donated $25,000 toward relief efforts in communities devastated by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. With Guild matching contributions, $50,000 will be donated to local charities in areas that were the most impacted.

Team members came together to clean up the community of Banner Elk, NC, impacted by Hurricane Helene. Guild Giving also collected—and doubled—blanket donations in partnership with Sackcloth & Ashes.

Guild Giving raises funds for the MyPath2Own program
Guild Giving is helping to empower first-time homebuyers through MyPath2Own, a new program designed to help those who don’t currently qualify for a mortgage to become mortgage-ready. MyPath2Own provides a personalized homeownership plan, homebuyer education and up to $4,000 in down payment/closing cost assistance for those who complete the program and qualify for a mortgage.
